Construction of a smooth DK-GP Thermo panel

In sectional doors with a 40 mm panel, we can choose among three available panel designs – we offer smooth panels or one of the two ribbing variants (high ribbing or ribbed).

The panels can be painted in almost any colour and/or veneered – a wide range of colours also allows you to create non-standard connections and patterns. As for sectional doors, it is possible to use additional decorations on their surface, the so-called “decors” – e.g. stuck on the outside of the panel, made of damage-resistant stainless steel or the use of glass windows – to decorate and illuminate the garage interior.

Information:

Aesthetic, insulated door panel with a smooth finish and no ribbing allows for a modern appearance of the door and its matching to the individual character of the building.

The panel fittings and hinges are painted white (RAL9016) to match the appearance of the panels and to guarantee the aesthetic appearance of the door inside the garage too.

The garage door tightness is due to the sealing package. The one is is quaranteed by: two-fin seals, PE tape made of poliurethane foam, between-panels sealing and bottom panel adjusted seal.

In the event of a failure – prevent lowering of the door leaf in the event of a cable or spring break (standard for doors over 9 m2, not applicable for N tracks)

Automation is stopped by overload switch when detecting an obstacle, which is standard equipment

Installation of the espagnolette along the entire height of the leaf – the fitting notch is invisible, which ensures an elegant appearance of the open door.
